This policy represents Instant Trading Company and her websites Terms of Service ("TOS") in its entirety and supersedes any other written or oral policy. This policy defines the terms of service all customers agree to when they sign-up for any services with Instant Trading Company. Instant Trading Company reserves the exclusive right to revise, change or amend any portion of this Policy at any time, without advance notice to customers.

Customers using any services offered by Instant Trading Company consent to be bound by and must comply with all policies in this TOS. At the sole discretion of Instant Trading Company, any violators of this TOS may have their services cancelled without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON A "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No advice or information given by Instant Trading Company and her Web Sites or its agents or employees shall create a warranty. Instant Trading Company and her Web Sites provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that there might not be delay in orders. Under no circumstances shall Instant Trading Company and her Web Sites be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use our services.

If you are dissatisfied with Instant Trading Company and her Web Sites service or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service. You may also want to write us with your reason for us to consider possible improvements.

Processing Time and Notifications

We try our best to process all orders swiftly or within 24hrs. However, for some reasons like scarcity, demand higher than supply, availability, and so many others, orders maybe be delayed. You agree to be patient and not use any kind of threat or abusive words on any of our staff or representative.

Information Authentication

We will try our best to give out correct informations and to also work with the informations you provide us correctly. We will not be responsible for funding or working with wrong account details or informations provided by you. We will not also be responsible for any information wrongly displayed on any of our websites.

Refund Policy

For any reason you need to demand for refund, this must be done in writing either electronic or physical. If the need for a refund is caused by us or we consider it neccesary, refund will be made within five (3) business days and we will remove 5% handling and 5% VAT and make refund within 3 business days from day of request.

We do not refund crypto or any e-currency sent to us.
